Wonderful meditationFriday night, I had a fantastic meditation with my new guide. He took me towards a white light and standing there was an angel, he told me he was there to offer protection, he then turned and walked away and my guide bought me back away from the light.
It was the best ever, not quite sure what it means, but I guess I have an angel protecting me whenever it is needed.

I wonder if this was my first meeting with my white angel, I have been told she is my protection and she is very strong.

Nice one Manda
I had a good mediation session last night, i found myself dancing round a totem pole with a group of indians, (think dances with wolves lol) .I felt so at home i could feel a gentle breeze on me face and i felt the sun warm on my face birds singing and running water . Dancing with me was a indian with one feather on a band and she said her name was white dove we went in to a teeppee which i imagine was hers. I asked if she was my guide and got yes so am not sure but got up feelin good
