At the time yes, I did have good reason, you caused us HUGE amounts of trouble and hassle and I was feeling like crap at the time cause I had a bad cold.

Ok, but you don't have to go straight for the jugular, let the person know they stepped over the mark first and if they don't stop, then you can have a go back.
