TranceHi all,
I find this fascinating and I know Alan is our group's trance medium. Can you give us more details Alan of how it feels to go into and come out of a trance?

When i'm talking to sprit or connecting with them and they want to use my body, i first fill like i am flooting and my own sprit leaves my body and the over sprit moves in. Like a boby, if they have been pasted a long time, then they have to learn to talk as sprit do everything by mind and can not in a living body.
It's funny in a way as i can see over sprits, by the living look like they are out of focus, it's as if the dead or alive and the living look like ghosts, it's the over way round to what we see.
My guides help me back to my body and when you call me, it sounds like you are calling from a long way away and going closer all the time, if i come back in to fast or is a gap were the over sprit leaves to you coming back, i find myself on the ground when i wake.
What sprit is saying while in trance, i have no idea. All i know is what i'm told and if picked up on camcorder. I do meet the sprit that is wanting to come into me, if i'm not happy with them, then i will not let them in, but twice now, they have just jumped in.
When i am out of my boby, i fill no pain, just a sence of peace. I am always safe and sometimes my guides will put me into trance, this is difrant as my own sprit is still with me, this happens were passing a sprit into the light which may be hard to to. I,m doing it myself, but some how know what to do as i'm thinking my guides thoughts, but awere of all going on around me.

Thanks Alan, thats fantastic. It might make it a bit clearer for any new people who join or any new guest investigators we have join us occasionally on vigils.

I have warned the lady who is coming to the pub invest with us (she is friendly with the landlady and is coming along to find out more). I will pre-warn anyone who comes with us at anytime who is new.
I have seen you work quite a few times now and it doesn't worry be, but sometimes you do make me jump!

Definately i was a bit gobsmacked the first i saw Alan in trance that i remeber standing there with my mouth open thinking he has changed. I wasn't in the least scared but found it totally fascinating.

I was also gobsmacked the first time I saw Alan in a trance, because his face definately changed, but funnily enough, when he spoke and then collapsed on the floor afterwards, I wasn't in the least bit worried (I mean I felt very calm and that I didn't need to worry).
I now understand (most of the time) how Alan works and when he is about to go into a trance and also when we need to bring him back if there is a problem.
Your face was quite funny Trace, I remember you saying about one million times in the space of about 30 seconds, "his face changed, did you see his face change". A bit like me the first time, Marie said to me "Look his face has changed and when I looked I stood there open mouthed staring and I remember saying something like "WOW, it's really changed, look at that, it's different".

I would not know what i look like in trance, as i can't see myself. i just look like a ghost when i'm not in my own body.
