The Ship Inn, DymchurchWell guys, this was our invest location last night and what an amazing night we had!!!! We are even more honoured, because the owners of this premises turned down "Most Haunted" last year.  8) 8) 8)
The full report and pics will be on the main website soon, but here is just a very quick overview.
Myself, KC and Nikki went to this pub last week to chat with the landlady and arrange things for last night. Both myself and KC had picked up on the maid, even before we got into the pub, so that was a good start. When we walked in, KC felt a sudden overwhelming feeling of happiness and excitement and the music began to go funny (jumping about).
We had a quick tour of the whole building and we both picked up on a few things (a man on the stairs who was very strong, but mean't no harm, smuggling and a female child).
Last night, I was the first to arrive and on the way home from work I had been thinking about stuff in general while driving (I tend to get information come to me in the car) and I suddenly saw what looked like a skeleton head with a black cloak and a hat. I could get anymore information from this, so ignored it. Well, when I walked into the pub last night, right on the wall at the far end was a small picture of exactly this image I had seen!!!! While I was there alone, the lights flickered a few times, the music jumped a few times and I made very brief contact with the maid again.
Once all the others arrived, we got started and visited three of the bedrooms upstairs. KC picked up on gallows in one of them, Alan picked up on a lady (housekeeper in charge) named Jane, I began to get a heavy headache and KC was getting pains in her stomach area.
We moved onto the second bedroom (very small attic room) and KC picked up on something in the en-suite bathroom immediately, Alan picked up on a older teenager who had been kept in the room while she was pregnant and had her baby in there (out of wedlock) and the child was taken away from her. I had a really bad headache by this time and felt very dizzy, to the point where I could not stand up for fear of falling over. Others in the group felt sick and unsteady on their feet.
The third room we visited was another en-suite room and in here we have a picture of a partly formed apparition in the bathroom door, orbs caught on camera and KC felt like she was being covered by a shawl and had to run out of the building and accross to the building opposite, with a baby in her arms. Alan picked up on children running up and down footsteps may have been heard sometimes and also a fish smokehouse. He also felt soldiers came here to take someone away, maybe to be hanged? I had a badly spinning head for ages after leaving the attic room, but this went as quickly as it had arrived shortly after moving into this room.
We then went downstairs for a while, although didn't pick up on an awful lot there. The owners have a CCTV system set up and KC went upstairs to have a quick look at it and came rushing down again very quickly to get the rest of the group to come and see. We went up and the room we were all sitting in (with the lights off) was full of orbs, flying around all over the place, it was a totally amazing sight.

Can't wait till the next invest,we all get along and its a lovely group to be in.Not that I'm patting anyones backs mind.Hope we have more great invests to look forward too.There was definatley spirit with us last night!!!! :) :)

Sounds like you had a fantastic time. I cant wait to see the picture of the manifestation in the doorway. Its great that you are getting information before you get to the site Manda.
Hows things going with you Marie? I bet your picking up loads now?

All good things come to those who wait, I think its great you've come this far in such a short space of time. I know life can be hard and your mind is always on the go but try and take 10 mins a day for yourself just to meditate, you'll be amazed how much difference it makes

My uncle lives near the railway.as you come round pass the station.towards your road,you go past a green area and just pass that is an unmade road,and he lives at the bottom of that road.

It sure was a fantastic night. I didn't get much on the actual invest (apart from a very dizzy/spinning head), but I knew I wouldn't on this one. I think this was meant for KC, as she made the connections right from the start.
Your house is lovely Harmony, took me a while to find it though

On behalf of me, Marie and i'm sure all the rest who went to the ship, i would like to thank Manda and Bev for getting us the vigil and all at the ship inn for letting us do a vigil there and making us fill so welcome.
It was a great night and just been watching my vidio footage, got lots of orbs and a posible ghost, it is a arm that comes in the frame and out very fast. Nobody could move that fast and was when i made a connection with Jane in the first bedroom we went into.
In the front bedroom, i got a good orb going over Manda's head and one passing near Bev. I have on film, a light on in the middle of the sealing in the dinning area, it looks like a gass light, but was no light there as all lights were wall lights in this area, Also have orbs here.
Over all, there was no bad feelings here inside the Inn, but one sprit outside who i picked up was dragged out and Bev got he was hanged nearby and was comfermed he was, but overall the Ship has a homely feel to it and the main sprit that walks around is a woman named Jane and was once a landlady here. She is not grounded, just loves the place and helps to make people fill welcome, just as Doreen and Chris do now.

Got two names for people who were hanged here now.
They were hanged near the goel on the green.
