Thank you Alan and Trace....

....for helping me with my fear of woods. It was not easy standing in the dark with all those trees around, but I didn't feel quite as panicky as I thought I would and talking about it really helped.

After you went back to the team, Alan made me sit down and really think about what it was I was scared of and came up with an answer for everything that freaked me and the more I thought about it, the more silly it sounded to be scared.

I hope that next time we work in a wooded area, I will be able to focus more. I found the trance training really hard this time, because I just couldn't focus properly, but I WILL overcome this, I am determined to!

I know, I do feel so stupid sometimes though, cause I can't exactly explain why. Thats what I was trying to tell Alan last night and couldn't explain exactly what it was, except a real feeling that something awful was gonna happen.

We spent ages just talking about what it was and how to overcome it. Good job he's so patient really.

Your very welcome, trees give off a lot of energy and green is a healing colour, but fill next time we should be away from woods and you'll find it easier to conect to spirit.

Yes I agree, I got quite a lot in the field next to Kits Coty, but seemed to go blank when in the woody bit. I didn't close down or anything, it must have been just the fear kicking in.

Hi, at the same age i use to go off on a cycle with a sheeping bag and find a village church were i use to sleep in the church porch. I done that around Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. I also use to cycle around Holland by getting the olay line from Sheerness direct to holland.
Again i would spend the night sleeping in a church porch.

I did this as it would keep the waight down on my bike and would be easy to cycle and get around, if traveling across country, i could lift my bike over styles and get to places of intrest off the betten track.
I have never had any fear of graveyards and still have no fear.

I've done many vigils on my own in the past and never had a problem exsept once, that was a Holy Island were i met five monks, this would not normaly bother me, but i think it was because the island had a corseway and no way off when the tide comes in.

Thats lovely Alan , I used to have a fear of churchyards, no idea why, but when I did my very first invest (funnily enough at Pluckley), I walked into the churchyard expecting to be freaked and felt really calm and had a fantastic night.

From that night I have not looked back and my life is really on the change for the better in many ways.
