Self hauntingsJust been reading in my paranormal mag, about a woman who was haunted by the spirit of herself, when she was here on the earth plain before.
I didn't think this could happen, anyone else read it, or heard of this before?

Was that why I had so much problem there then? Whatever it was, was incredibly strong and would not leave. It was quite scary, I can't thank you enough for getting rid of it, when others had tried and failed.

Isn't that when people who have been reincarnated sometimes bring back a part of them from the past ? Like that woman who had children in a previous life and knew where she had lived and how she died and was wondering what happend to her family

I don't know so much about that Manda. The only thing I can think of is a doppleganger. This is where someone see's someone they know and they were somewhere else from where they were seen. Like if someone see's me in Maldon High street, but I was actually in Chelmsford at the time.

Thats the one Trace, Alan thinks that I connected with myself at Canewdon (I was a witch there in a previous life), this is why I had so many problems with myself.  
Isn't it said Dave that if you see a doppleganger you are supposed to die?

Hi Manda,
Your experience at Canewdon sounds quite 'good' if you know what I mean... 
As for the doppleganger's, I'm sure Azzabuv could give you more information on them Just go easy if or when you ask him though, it caused him a lot of bother.

My experience at Canewdon definately was strange and not one I would willingly want to repeat.
