I won't be able to make it as have had a slight accident and can't go out to play for a couple of weeks. lol
Have managed to tear the ligamnets in my elbow and arm.Have been to casulaty twice now and been xrayed etc and have to rest it and keep it supported etc for 6 weeks.

Oh bless, I hope you feel better soon. Torn ligaments are agony, I tore the ones in my wrist many years ago and had to wear a metal splint for 6 months because I refused to have a plaster cast put on it.  
If your interested, here are a few things that might help.
Zinc is excellant for increasing healing
Bromelain or Devils Claw are fantastic herbal anti-inflamatories
Arnica for the bruising will help the internal bruising aswell

Are we still doing Pluckney first.
We never do seem to make it to saltwood, but the last time i did, i never made it home as the cam belt went in my car. I get the feeling that we are not ment to go there at a moment.

Hi Manda that is the million dollar question lol.
Went to docs tonight not torn ligs but either chipped ot cracked bone gonna take 6 weeks to heal.
I was at work sitting at my desk and moved elbow and was in agony and it swelled up in minutes and was unable to move it. Have been to casualty twice now and feel extremly daft telling them , 'NO i haven't fallen over and NO i never bashed it' But i must have done it is just remebereing when and where.

Blimey Trace, how scary if that!! I really hope it heals quickly for you. I know I'm gonna mention homeopathy again, but for anything to do with healing bones you need Symphytom and go for the 30c or 200x dose. I healed a guinea pigs broken leg (I rescued her) in less than a month with this stuff, it's fantastic!
We are doing the house first Alan, usual meeting place and then you lot can follow me there. Hope thats ok with you?

It was certainly interesting, the house is now clear, the problem seemed to be a well near to the back of the house.
Pluckley was unusally quiet and calm, luckily there seemed to be no residual problem in the porch left from our last visit and the broken circle, but Alan did have to channel a vicar to clear the ruins yet again, because of the devil worship that went on there recently.
