ProtectionI now know how important good protection is, I usually ask for protection at the beginning of a circle once everyone has joined hands. Unfortunately on friday, whatever was bought into the circle attached itself to me before I had a chance to do this. Even my protection angel who is very strong had major problems connecting to me because she was constantly being blocked by whatever this thing was!
Just a little word of warning to all - protection is vital in whatever you are doing with spirit. I certainly will always ask for protection before even linking hands in the future!

If a spirit is not from the light, ask your protection angel is it safe to continue first.
If the spirit is a lost soul, try to help by almeans.
If dark then leave well alone.
Always trust your own filling and ask.

Trouble is Alan, friday night I never had a chance to ask anything, it was straight there the moment we linked hands and just got stronger and stronger. I tried and tried to get rid of it, but I just couldn't do it. My protection angel was being blocked, which didn't help one bit, but I was so tired and drained afterwards, it was the worst I have experienced so far.
Good job you guys were there to help me.
