PainSome spirits can make you feel pain. Could this be when they want you to experience how they died, or possibly to get your attention?

my experience of pain came from a male entity at The Park Inn in Dover. He was certainly being horrible to me. Not a nice guy at all. I think that they can inflict pain upon you if they are strong enough, and inclined. I must add though, it is quite a rare experience, luckily!

I have only experienced this properly once (I have had headaches and feeling dizzy/sick sometimes when spirit is too close) at Canewdon. I was in contact with the spirit of George Pickingill and he caused me to have a very strong headache and also severe shoulder pain.
Luckily this is the only time it has been that strong, I doubt it will be the last for any of us though. :wink:

Yes i have had sprit pain and is mostly from grounded sprits, this is there last feelings on earth and can be painful, but just ask them to take it away.
You will feel this when you see a sprit in a sorry state and fill sorry for them, this is when you leave yourself open to sprit pain and hard to get rid of, the best way is to move out of there space.
