My witchfinderHi all,
Some of you will remember my experiences with the spirit of a witchfinder on the minnis where I take my dogs for a walk. I was told his name was John Sterling.
I have recently been reading a book leant to me by Alan (Haunted Essex book) and in there it mentions Mathew Hopkins (obviously) and also I read last night, that his sidekick was called John Stearne. What a coincidence eh!!!!

you probably would have hun. It was a little scary and he was so insistant that I listened to him and so pushy I didn't really have much choice to be honest.
You will learn not to be scared of spirit, they cannot harm you if you stay positive and don't let them frighten you. Remember your protection you have been taught and when the time is right, you will meet your guardian angel and spirit guide who will also protect you (and do now but without your knowledge).

Walk into a kennel fall of dogs and show fear, they would have a field day and sence your fear. But on the over hand walk into a kennel and you take control the dogs will look up to you and you fear nothing while there.
When the spirit would, it's the same. You need to be in control and remember all is done by mind, the devil himself can not harm you if you believe he can not. 99.9% of all ghosts and spirits wish you no harm and is rair to find a bad one.
All spirit has once lived in the house or building or been invited in, heaven and hell can not intrude into your life, they can not tell you what to do but can guide you if you have asked for there help, a spirit from the light can not live you life for you, A fallen spirit may try but has to be invited first but is very rair.

This spirit definately meant me no harm, he was warning me probably because of my past life and current beliefs and I think he needed to do this for someone before he could pass over. I have not seen or heard him since.

that reminds me of the time (quite a while ago now) I told you that you'd been a witch in a past life Manda. Just remembering the look on your face...sort of pleased

most definately, which I think is why I am so drawn to wiccan now and feel so at ease with the wiccan ways and religion.
