my beliefsI'm not sure what they are at the moment. I seem to go through stages of believing and then doubting! I dont know why this is.
Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing?

Luckily not no, but I do lack confidence that I can do this a-lot. I am getting better in believing in myself though, which is a good thing.

If i can see it, touch it or smell it, then it's real to me or if it can be proven to me. IE i've never been to Japan or New Zeland but exsept that they are real countries as the same as i do with the sprit world.
King Kong can not be proven to me that he is real, so no i don't believe.
It's iver fact or fiction with me.

Don't doult yourself KC, I HAVE 100% faith in you. Manda has done great in these last six months by having faith in herself, you are a natural and have the gift and the sky is the limet with you and you can conquest your fears if you put your mind to it. We are all there right behind you and help you, so you are not on your own.

I totally agree with Alan here KC and how funny your stars should say that right now. You have helped me loads over the last 6 months and you have such a strong ability. As I said to you the other day, I keep being told you HAVE to stop doubting yourself hun!!!!

My beliefsThis is a very difficult one. Mainly because our brains do not have the capacity to deal with such concepts. This is why we rely on faith.
Look up into the sky on a clear night and you will see thousands of stars. Look as far as you can see and the stars continue beyond that point. They continue to infinity.
Now that cannot be true. Unless space is in fact curved and begins where it ends, there must be a starting point and an end point. That is the easy bit. Now switch your brain into top gear and imagine nothing. I don't mean a vacuum. I do not mean empty space. They are both something. I am talking about nothing at all. Then at some point, energy began and so time also began. Energy becomes matter and matter becomes the stars and planets and animals and people and everything else.
How could this be without a creator?
