Yes but not Mind to mind an object has to be involved (hypnosis) but there is a drug that causes the paitent to act under someone elses control.

Mind controlThey certainly can. Ask Adolph and his nazi friends. All powerful leaders do it. The secret is getting the people to believe that it is what they themselves want.
Fraudulent mediums do it. Doctors do it with their placebos. Hypnotherapists do it regularly. Politicians do it all the time.

I also think it is a case of making the intended subject/victim believe that everything is real and to be believed! People can destroy themselves with their own thoughts, so it can take very little to influence people into thinking what we want them to think...and feel.
I also believe that some have the power to control others with only the power of thought, through chants, spells etc.
I once did a candle ritual to get a certain guy to pop round. It was so successfull...he came round about 4 times, explaining that he didnt really know why he was here, but just decided to come round again for yet another coffee!
I've never done it since!
