Grey spiritsDo you think that grey spirits (which mostly seem to be grey ladies?) are faded echo's/replays or are they grey for some other reason?

maybe they do not have enough energy to display or this is thier true image or they are at loss and have not quite made it to where they need to go.

Very good point Silver, I wondered about the energy thing myself. There seem to be quite a few sightings of grey spirits don't there.

It could also be do with our eyesight not being able to depict other colours or definitions, if you think about it a lot of animals see in shades of grey, maybe if we did, we would see more detail.

It's possible I guess. How come we can see some in colour then?

I have no idea, maybe it's to do with the progression a ghost/spirit makes through it's travels to the place it needs to go.

It's possible. The grey sightings seem to be quite old sightings, I wonder if that is anything to do with it?
