GHT (Essex UK) will be returning to Norfolk to the scene of the first vigil we have ever left in a hurry from... BINHAM PRIORY!!!
If anyone has read the report on our main site, SPIRITQUEST-ONLINE, then you will know that we think we have come across a very powerful Elemental spirit, possibly "conjoured-up" by black arts magic from as far back as the 14th century.
This entity attacked TWO team members without warning and would possibly have done more harm had we not left.
This vigil we be just as much an inverstigation as well as being a cleansing of the area, hopefully to contain or pass on whatever is causing the major problem.
A further follow-up investigation will take place later in 2008 to check if all is well...

well, i hope to go... but i put my back out 3 days ago, doctor signed me off work... if it doesn`t heal, im gonna get signed off again he said - it needs gentle care and rest for the inflamation to settle.

i don`t waste time or money on them Manda.... and if my Doc had thought it was required then he would have suggested it.
Im on Naproxin and Codenol tablets to ease the tension in the muscle and to control pain.
But im already prepping Andy ready to take over the team in case i cannot make it.

Personally I would rather go down the holistic route rather than drugs, but each to their own I guess.
