I personally believe you need to be calm when contacting spirit, if you become aggressive, I think it is likely to make then aggressive back.

Do you think I'm right or does it not make a difference?

You must always be carm to conect to spirit and helps if you empty your mind of all thoughts of your own.
What works for me is a crystal ball in my mind, behind that is the light. As the light gets brighter, so spirit have there link to me. If i take that crystal ball away, then spirit can come direct to me and channel the spirit.

It also works the over way round when you want to pass a spirit over, rather that coming from the light, you send into the light with help from the spirit world.

If there is no light there, it's best not to channel as you don't know what the spirit is like and can do yourself harm.
If it is a lost soul, still work within the light and no harm can come to you.
But to do all this you must be carm and let the devine spirit us you as there tool.

Hi Manda, just think of Mundon, you was in the woods were you have a fear, we done a blessing on the church and felt the warmth and carm, you was very carm doing this is a place you don't like. WELL DONE.

Thanks, luckily the woods were not too enclosed. I was a bit scared, but wanted to overcome it and I am pleased I did. The blessing worked a treat, it was an amazing calm feeling there afterwards.

When doing anything like Mundon, always call the saint of the church first and as mundon is saint mary, call mother mary first, she will spread her love and carm over the place, then call the overs depending on who you need.
It's easy to do with the saint of the church to guide you through it, the answers just seem to come and know what do do.

All you need to do is let them into your mind and they will guide you thought it.
As i have said about readings, i have no idea who i'm going to be doing a reading for, once the spirits come forward, it just comes.
It's the same with the saints, i had no idea what i was going to do before getting to mundon.
When things need to be done, it just comes and know what to do.

I am always friends with them first. That is how I have met most of the guys in my life. I have a fair few friends who are guys. I dont think I'm looking too hard, in fact I thought I'd been single so long because I wasnt looking at all, and maybe I should open my eyes a little wider to see who is really out there.

Well I did - well half way there. Gary's scared about the paranormal, but loves animals. I can live with that.

I was always told that we find that special person in the most unusual place and that is very true. Things always happen for a reason and one thing leads to another and there you go - you meet.

That's what you think, you have been though a lot in the past, but i think most of us have as well.
The past has gone and needs to be left there, we never forget but do have to move on. It's sink or swim, that's life.
End of the day it's only what you make it.

As i've said to you before, if you want to learn more, i'll teach you to see spirit and dad will help you to. You may fill that your on your own, but your not. Have a little faith in yourself and dad then life will start to change for you for the better, trust me.
