Before an InvestOk guys, I'm being nosy again (what a surprise eh  ). What do you guys do that you find works best to get ready for an invest?
I always make sure I don't eat hardly anything from about 1pm (ish) onwards, except maybe a packet of crisps or a bar of chocolate. I find I work better when I'm hungry????????
I also meditate before I go for about 30 mins (ish) and ask for protection.

I dont do anything before an invest, but I do ask for help and protection
when I am on site.
On the way home I tell any spirits that may have joined me, that they are not to go home with me as they are not welcome in my home (I word it nicely though). I have experienced them leaving my car before I arrive home.
