I have been asked how to get an Avatar, so here goes...
They are at the bottom of your profile. If you don't have an image that you want to upload then choose from the 'gallery'. There is a drop down menu where you will find several different pages of avatars to choose from. Just click the spot under your choice, apply, and hey presto. Dont forget to 'update' your profile though or it wont save it. Have fun folks
