Sorry for the spelling guys , do any of you think that spirits get upset when there are digs taking place and items are found and removed?

This is somethink that intrests me, i love time team. It's one of the ways to learn about the past. But yes the spirits do get upset at times.
One place near me that comes to mind is Fobbing, there has been a lot of digs around here to learn about roman britian, but the church as became very active now.

In 1922 in Egypt, king Tucs tomb was found, all that went inside it all died.
It was said to be cursed by him, true or not, i don't know, but they all died with in a year or so ofter going in his tomb.

I have often wondered this when I've been watching Time Team and thought that it can't be nice for spirit to see their prized possessions being removed and they can do nothing to stop it happening.

I also wonder what they must think when skeletons are uncovered, after all, each skeleton is now a spirit.

I tend to watch a lot of programs to do with the past when the kids are in bed and Marie at bingo or on compulter, were there is digs or murder and hangings plus battles, there is paranormal.
I find that history and paranormal run side by side.

They sure do, I now understand that and how they go together better. I still wonder what the spirit of the person's skelton would think about having their physical remains removed?????

The easyest way is to think if it was you, how would you fill? Spirit would fill the same as you and you would have your answer

Ok, I wouldn't be very pleased to be honest.

If you was very ill and was your death wish to be buried at a place that was very special to you and was indeed buried there.
Then in 100 years time someone digs you you and puts your bones somewere else, i don't think you would be happy, i know i would not.
This is one of the reasons why spirit come back from rest and start haunting.

Yes I can totally understand that. It's a shame really that it is allowed to happen.

The curse of Tutankhamun was driven by the media of the time, who even made up some of the curses that were supposedly found at the tomb (would never happen today would it?)

Lord Caernarfon, the financier, died within a couple of months of the breaking of the seals, but he had been in very poor health for the preceding 20 years - so his death was not really a surprise.

Carter, the person who went in first and against whom you would expect the full blast of the curse directed, lived a further 17 years, passing away at the age of 64.

Indeed, some of those who went in on that day lived on until recent times, passing away in the 1980's and one even made it to 1997.

The 25 westerners who went into the tomb on that day lived to an average age of 70 years.

There is nothing here to support a curse.

Kind Regards
Baruc.
