Act of godHi all, i do hope all our friends south of the Thames are safe after this Kent earthquake and hope no damage to your homes.
Our last bad one in Essex was at Peldon near Colchester way back in 1884 were sadly people died, hope there was no deaths in Kent.

Hi Alan, no injuries here in Kent, but there are some buildings badly damaged and some people were evacuated from their homes and have not been allowed back because they are too unsafe.
It was the strangest thing, poor Gary was having a pee when it happened - must have scared the life out of him
My flat is fine (I hope), the crack on the wall looks the same as it did before so I hope it will be fine.
Did you have any effects over there in Essex?

I was at 'Jamie's' at the time. He was still sleeping and got quite a shock...lol
I was just about to sit down with a Mia Dolan book when the whole housr started shaking around me. I could visibly see the walls rocking forward and back, side to side! The mirror and pictures were banging wildly against the walls they were on. It was quite unerving. I was just frozen to the spot!
But once everything had stopped shaking, and the house seemed to be in one piece, I thought...AWESOME!
I'm glad nobody was hurt though.

I think everyone was very lucky, it could have been so much worse.
