A first for meYesterday evening I felt really upset, very sad and stressed for no reason at all. When I spoke to my friend today, she said she had a really emotional night last night, I wonder if we connected somehow?

If she was on your mind, then yes.
As you can fill spirit pain by connecting with them, it's the same as the living, you can connect with them to, next in time you will be able to see through a living persons eyes.

It's all about wave lenghts, if you are in tune with spirit, then you see them.
With the living it's the same, if you are on the same wave lenght then you can fill that they fill.
I bet you have gone to your phone before it's rang and know someone is phoning you, that's you picking up on there thought.
If a young kid are a old person goes missing, you look through there eyes and see were they are, then go i know were they are, get there and they are.
It does work as i've tryed it to find Alistaire once when he never came home from school, Marie phoned the police and they could not find him, i did by a smelly sock and his eyes, then went and got him.
The police were a bit freaked when Marie told them how i found him.

Manda if you are close to this friend as well then it can happen. As you know me and Kevin dod it a lot if he has a migraine or aches and pains i sometimes get them and i text him and go please take some pain killers i am hurting and say where and he goes oh yeah Also we know when the other is gonna text when mobs are off and will turn phone on and get mess
freaky but good fun sometimes.
