I had a great time there and think we all got lots,
at one point we all hard people talking while in one of the wartime tunnels, when we went outside to see who was there, there was no one to be seen.

The over was the plotting rooms at South foreland that are underground,
we got some great photos here and many orbs. it's hard to believe that so little on the ground leavel but so much underground.

It was a fantastic night and there is loads more there that we have not found yet. The artillary store was strange as one room was very active and the tunnel leading towards it, but the other was not. I got 2 red orbs in the active room and both me and Trace felt there was a nasty presence there, someone who could give us trouble if they felt like it.

Gary is gonna try and find out what else is around there, but there is a lot of undergrowth there and I think much of it is covered and inaccessible.

It was the artillery store where we heard the people and as Alan said, there was no one there. We heard the voices very clearly!

The deep shelter was great, very scary to get into as the ladder has a 3ft square hole to get onto it and nothing to hold onto at the top. Alan and Gary were fine, but I was very scared going down there, although it was very worth it once down there. There is loads in there and lots of rooms to check out. It didn't feel that active, but well worth checking out again.

Would be great to find more places like that.
Everywere we went was safe, the only place that might be a problem
to some would be getting down the ladders.
Once down the plotting rooms were all safe for all to go and see

There is a board there saying were the wartime bunkers are and as Manda said, they are on common land open to all.
Some of the sites are freely open to walk straight in.
Under the abandend building act, if a building has not been used in over 7 years there is no law about entering it.

Common land or not - all military buildings ruined or otherwise come under the jurisdiction of the MOD. Until released into local Government or Council care, all entry to MOD sites is listed as tresspass.
You try walking into Fort Burgoyne at Dover or the Redoubt at Dymchurch and explain to them "...its ok, it shows your on Common land on my map".

Trust me Alan - do a bit more research, you will find that these structures you have been inside are the property of the White Cliffs Countryside Commission, and have been in their hands since the late 80`s - therefore they ARE owned by someone.
Even if on common land, land ownership has varied criteria too. An open area with a path may only have permission for access granted to the path, then the land off limits - eg: a farmers field.

I do hope you lot are very careful.

Any building that has been abandend over 7 years and not locked or no sign on it to keep out if dangerus, you have every right to go in it.
If you break in or do damage to the building, then yes they would have a case.

If a building is unlocked bandend and no signs, this would NOT be a case for the police, the land ower would have to write to you first to keep off their land, only after that and you went on the land again could they take it fether through the courts. That is in english law, so do not fill we broke any laws of the land.

There are many pill boxes all over the country, some are in parks and not been used over 60 years nows. ones that are still used ie the ones you said, you would have to contact the owner to enter, even if opened up once a year to public or used by someone in the last 7 years.

Dover wartime sites many would have private or keep out, if in a dangerus state but not used they must still put keep out up on the site.
ONY BUILDING THAT IS OPEN and has no signs and not used in any way you may enter

I have seen a world war 2 army map of this area, should show were all the gun batteries were, would be worth going back sometime.

That sounds interesting, was it close to the shelter we went to do you know? I know the big guns I believe called Winnie and Pooh were there, close to the shelter.
