8. Did the sighting appear to be solid or translucent?

10. If your experience was of audio phenomena, please describe it in detail, giving any comments on strange or unusual elements of the sounds

11. Did you know, or do you now know of anyone else who has had a paranormal experience in the same location?

12. Were you expecting to have a paranormal experience at the location concerned?

13. Did you have an interest in the paranormal prior to your experience?

14. Did you recognise the sighting to be someone you know, or once knew, or have you been able to identify them in a photo since the experience?

15. Did the entity attempt to speak or communicate with you in anyway, or gesture to you in anyway, and what do you think it meant?

16. If it did speak to you, what exactly did it say, please be precise?

17. Did you speak to the sighting or answer to the sound, if yes, please describe what you said or did, please be precise?

18. How did the ghost react, if at all?

19. How did you feel before, during and after the experience?

20. Did the ghost’s movements seem natural or unnatural?

21. Did you notice anything else sudden and unusual at the time, such as sudden unnatural silence, sudden drops in temperature, sudden sounds or scents, if yes please describe, being precise?

22. Were you asleep or nearly asleep at the time of experience?

23. If you were asleep, what woke you?

24. If you were awake at the time the experience started, what was your frame of mind at the time, relaxed, bored, tense etc?

25. If you were awake, what were you doing directly before the experience started?

26. How did you feel immediately after the experience?

27. Were there any animals present at the time of experience, if yes, how did they react during and after the experience?

28. Does the location the experience took place have a reputation for being haunted?

29. Have you ever had any other paranormal experiences of any kind, if so please give details?

30. Do you have good eyesight, were you wearing glasses or contact lenses at the time, if you should have been?

31. Are you epileptic, or is there any history of epilepsy in your family

32. Had you drunk alcohol, or take prescription, or non prescription drugs 24 hours prior to the experience?

33. How do you feel about media publicity about your experience?

34. To whom did you first relate your experience?

35. were you experiencing any kind of emotional difficulty prior to your experience, if yes, please give details?

36. Has the experience caused emotional distress since the incident, please give details?

Yeah sure, the more the merrier, its a way for me too look in more detail at some other peoples experiences and the way effects them

Hey folks, you can complete it when ever you like.Its a constant on-going thing now really. The best way to learn about the paranormal is from normal peoples experiences with it, and how it effects them. Thats what I aim to learn from this questionairre
