These are probably questions for Alan, but everyone is welcome to answer.

I mostly see spirit with my 3rd eye, but I have seen two misty forms with my physical eye, but both were at Canewdon.

Now for my questions:-

Firstly - Have I only seen at Canewdon because I have a strong connection with the place and because of all the strong energy there, or is it just coincidence?

Secondly - Does seeing with the physical eye come with time, or are some mediums just destined to only see with their 3rd eye?

If you are starting to see with your third eye, you tend to see things out of the corner of your eye and ever awere that someone is there.
In time the spirits will come into full vision and look straight at them.
when you get full vision, it's just like looking at a living person.

If you are seeing a mist straight infront of you, you have it but out of focous. It's not them, but you. You need to bring that mist into focous more and be on the same wavelenght as them.
If you take a photo and your camera is not in focous, the photo is just a ghosting, it's the same in seeing spirit.
Your mind is turned in, but just out a little bit and needs that fine tuneing and you will see clearly.

I have done a prayer for increasing clairvoyance and put it on site, it would be worth saying it before going on a vigil and will help to see clearer and need to empty your mind to let the thoughts of spirit to come in. You must have a sence of pease and carm before starting and sure you will see clearer.
